libcpgplot0 software package provides CPGPLOT replacement shared lib based on giza, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcpgplot0
libcpgplot0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcpgplot0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcpgplot0 *
You will get with libcpgplot0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
